Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Silverline Partners Ltd.. By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the Services you accept these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• One account per person. Sharing credentials is not permitted.

Access to AI features is prepaid via credits. The base price is €0.10 per credit. Prices in other currencies are converted at prevailing rates at the moment of purchase.

• Credits are consumed when an AI job is submitted, regardless of the visual outcome.
• Credits do not expire while the account remains active.
• Credits carry no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not exchangeable outside the Services.

Bank transfer is currently the only active payment method. Once your order is placed, we email full bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, reference). Credits are added the moment payment is received. Card, PayPal and Stripe options will be enabled in a future release.

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and of the visualizations generated on your behalf. You grant Silverline a limited licence to process this content solely to deliver the Services you request.

You are responsible for having the legal right to upload any imagery and for how the generated results are used.

You agree to abide by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.

The Services are provided "as is". Silverline makes no warranty that generated visualizations will be free of artifacts, suitable for any particular purpose, or usable as an as-built engineering specification. Always verify with a qualified lighting designer before installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silverline's aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Silverline in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Unused credits associated with a terminated account are subject to the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights.
