Refund Policy

Silverline AI sells prepaid credits used to run AI lighting jobs. We aim to be fair: unused credits are refundable within a reasonable window, while consumed credits are non-refundable because compute has already been paid for.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and receive a full refund of any credits that remain untouched. Once you use any credit from a pack, that pack is deemed accepted and consumed credits become non-refundable.

• You may request a refund of the value of any unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
• After 30 days, credits remain in your account indefinitely but are no longer refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or, for bank transfer, to the account the payment originated from.

If a generation fails due to a technical fault on our side, the credits for that job are automatically re-credited to your balance. If the output is technically successful but not to your taste, credits are not refunded — please use fewer credits when experimenting.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the account being suspended and any remaining credits being forfeited.
