- Account data — first and last name, email, hashed password, billing country.
- Order data — selected credit pack, currency, promo code, chosen payment method, bank transfer reference.
- Uploaded imagery — photos and reference material you upload to generate lighting concepts.
- Generated outputs — the visualizations produced by the AI on your behalf.
- Usage data — pages visited, device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP.
- Support data — messages and attachments you send to our concierge team.
How we use your data
- To create and secure your account and process credit purchases.
- To generate lighting visualizations and deliver them back to you.
- To improve the quality of our AI models, using only aggregated or de-identified signals.
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- To detect fraud, abuse or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Retention
Uploaded imagery and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days after the associated project is deleted, then permanently erased from active systems. Invoices and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law (typically 5 years in the EU).

- Erasure — request deletion of your account and personal data.

Security
