Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the behaviours and content that are not permitted on Silverline AI. It exists to protect our users, our partners and the integrity of the platform.

• Imagery depicting minors in sexual, violent or degrading contexts.
• Content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy.
• Photographs of identifiable people used without their permission for commercial visualization.
• Content that promotes hate, harassment or discrimination.
• Imagery designed to defame or impersonate real individuals or organizations.

• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract underlying model weights.
• Automated scraping of the interface outside of documented APIs.
• Reselling raw AI capacity or exposing our output as another service without a partner agreement.
• Bypassing safety filters or rate limits.
• Sharing account credentials or purchasing credits on behalf of a sanctioned party.

Architects, designers and developers may use Silverline outputs in client presentations, mood boards and internal reviews. Outputs are conceptual — always validate with a qualified lighting engineer before specifying fixtures or driving construction.

We investigate reports of AUP violations and may remove content, suspend accounts or terminate access. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities. Refunds are not provided for accounts terminated for AUP breaches.
